Jeremy Moore is a top-tier Realtor®. His system sent us a house advertised as Coming Soon and we asked Jeremy some questions about it right away. He was immediately proactive in finding out about the property and he was able to get us in to see the house before it was listed. We submitted an offer before it hit the market and because we were the first ones, the seller gave us preference over the other offers that came in right after ours. We went under contract and closed on the house as scheduled! Jeremy was very helpful and responsive every step of the way. He came out to let us in to view the property many times before closing, he was very helpful in explaining the process and making sure we were doing what we needed to avoid unnecessary delays in closing.
