Jeremy Moore is a top-tier Realtor®. His system sent us a house advertised as Coming Soon and we asked Jeremy some questions about it right away. He was immediately proactive in finding out about the property and he was able to get us in to see the house before it was listed. We submitted an offer before it hit the market and because we were the first ones, the seller gave us preference over the other offers that came in right after ours. Jeremy helped us through a long and difficult transaction during unprecedented times in the housing market. He worked diligently and efficiently which is what saved the deal.
